Will we take back damaged books? |
 |
If a book is damaged, please contact the shipper. If the book was shipped via FedEx, UPS, or one of the other major couriers, they will usually issue a number and honor a claim. Regardless of the cause, however, we will replace the book, once the claim has been made, we have received the claim number and we have received the damanged book in return. |
